How to approach Sociology 331

Module 4, Indian society, has the longest run of exam lessons (26–31): caste, religious communities, social problems and deprived groups. Marriage, family and kinship (12–14) and social change and control (17–20) are the other big exam blocks. Most of Module 1 goes to the TMA, which makes it a good place to start.

Combining Sociology 331 with other subjects

It is in Group F, which allows only one subject, because NIOS holds the exams of a group at the same time. Group F is Computer Science 330, Sociology 331, Tourism 337 and Physical Education 373, so you can take only one of these. Transfer of Credit may apply if you passed it elsewhere in 2022 or later. Related: Psychology 328, History 315, Political Science 317. To test a full combination, use our subject and fee checker.
