Our story

Why we started, and how we teach

In 2010, many families in Maharashtra needed another route when regular schools felt too crowded or rigid: health breaks, sports, arts, or a mid-year board setback.

We opened so families could treat NIOS as a proper option, not a last resort, with clear coaching and honest admission help.

Our approach

How we teach

We avoid huge batches that leave weak chapters behind. The focus is on basics, regular practice and honest feedback.

Steady pace, not a rat race

We move faster where the student is strong and slow down on tough topics, instead of one fixed speed for everyone.

Teach the ‘why’, then practise

Memorising without understanding fails in board papers. We explain the idea first, then practise questions.

Doubts are welcome

Students should be able to ask doubts freely. Mistakes show what to fix next. They are nothing to hide.

Board recognition

Understanding the National Institute of Open Schooling

Established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is the largest open schooling system in the world, set up in 1989. The Government of India has authorised NIOS to hold exams and give Class 10 and 12 certificates. NIOS says these are equivalent to certificates from other school boards such as CBSE, ICSE and the Maharashtra board.

  • Accepted for higher studies. The Association of Indian Universities (AIU) granted equivalence to NIOS in 1991, so its certificates are used for college admission in India. Universities abroad set their own rules.
  • Entrance exams. NIOS students can sit national entrance exams. Check each exam’s eligibility rules for that year before choosing subjects.
  • Transfer of Credit (TOC) and flexible streams. Up to two subjects passed at another board (33%+, in the last five years) can be carried over, so a failed year is not wasted.
Why students take coaching

Help when self-study is not enough

NIOS gives you textbooks and online admission, but it is a distance-learning board without daily classroom teaching. Many students find it hard to learn Physics, Accountancy or English only from books at home.
